This game may not be big and flashy but it will win hardcore baseball fans over in a flash.
I had this game reserved for a while and when it came out I literally ran to the store.
Graphics: right! From the start this game immerse you into it, it start with rockin music and show frank just smacking the ball it really get you ready to playball. The players are well animated and only get a little pixelated when they get extremely close up, they move with fluid animation. The stadiums are very detailed to the shining sun , or the glaring buildings in the backgrounds, the only drawback is that the cities all look the same.
Sound effects. The sound effects will have you screaming popcorn for an usher as you play, it starts of with the very believable announcer to the back ground usher yelling peanuts, popcorn, you will not believe your ears its like your right there in the middle of the park.
Control. The control is as tight as you could want and only has problems when you put it on manual play instead of auto.
Overall. This game has enough options to keep you coming back for more it has 162 game seasons, you can play homerun derby and loads of more options, if you want a game that concentrates on baseball and not just flashy screens I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GAME and if you just want a game that is noting but flashy screens steer somewhere else.
