Tiger Woods '99 Hints/Cheats

200% Terrain Elevation Increase 
Select the "Edit Name" option on the "Player Select" menu and enter
PUMPZ as a name. 


400% Terrain Elevation Increase 
Select the "Edit Name" option on the "Player Select" menu and enter
MAXIMUMZ as a name. 


Change Voices 
While playing a game, hold Up or Down, then press X, Square, Triangle,
Circle, L1, L2, R1, or R2 to increase or decrease the pitch of the
comments made. 


Exploding Range Carts 
When you start the game, proceed to the Practice Facility screen and
select "Driving". Once you see the range cart, try and hit it three times to
watch in burn in all of its hindenburg-like glory.

South Park Video 
There's a five minute South Park Christmas episode on this PSX CD.
Place it in your computer and look for a file called zzdummy.dat - open it
in "movie player". The South Park you'll see is called "The Spirit of
Christmas", which was originally intended to be a greeting card for the
FOX company employees.

NOTE: This video was removed from later versions of the game. It only works in the first printing. 

Taunts 
When your opponent is about to shoot, you can taunt him by pressing any button. The button you press
determines the taunts: 

     L1: Crowd Cheers 
     L2: Tiger laughs 
     R1: Tiger says, "That was lucky" 
     R2: Tiger clears his throat 
     Triangle: Tiger yells out, "fore!" 
     Square: Tiger says, "nice shot" 
     Circle: Tiger says, "no way!" 
     X: Tiger says, "no pressure"
