Cool Menu

At the title screen press Triangle, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, Triangle,
LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, Triangle. You will see a new option called
COOL. Select it and you can choose Open All Options, which will let
you start from any level. 

Get 50 Lives

Enter the Cool menu code(see other code). Next pause the game during
any level and press Square. 

View FMVs

Enter the Cool Menu code(see other code). Now go to the level select
screen. Press and hold Square then press START.
