If entered it right you will hear a ding Free Money Press Up, Left(2X), Right, Down, Right, L1, Square at the "Press Start" screen. Unlock All Tracks At the screen that says "press start" in the bottom left corner press: down, down, left, right, up, left, circle, R2. You should hear a bell that means you entered it correctly. In the season mode you can go all of the other races instead of just GTQ.
